I loved everything about this property. Upon entry the lobby was decorated with a Christmas Tree with present underneath. If weren’t in the Christmas spirit before arriving, you definitely would have been before leaving. The front desk staff helped me with my daughter elf on the shelf. When I went to check in I asked the staff member to help me store my daughter’s elf so that she could see her when we she entered. The staff was all in and they helped me complete the mission. The excitement on my daughter’s face was priceless she said, mama my elf came I asked her to come and she came to our hotel. Thank you to the staff and your lovely hotel for keeping the Christmas spirit alive for all.

Chef Thomas went the extra mile and made us feel special. He made the best omelette and personally delivered to our table. The Manager was very helpful and engaging making sure all our needs are met. Kara was a sweetie pie sharing about the hotel. The Jamaican front desk representative was very attentive to my needs by making sure my arrival was an effortless experience. She gave me a peace of mind. Sidney was a pro on her 1st day of work. The entire Best Western Tides staff is the BEST. I rate this hotel 10 stars, exceptional staff service, FOOD, cleanliness, toiletries, bedding, and hotel location.

I loved that the condo had an ocean view which is accessible right from the condo itself. The beds were comfortable enough to where I wanted to take them home. The linens were very nice and clean. I loved that the condo was very family friendly. The parking garage was very convenient. All elevators were quickly accessible.

The location was ideal for us. The building was easy to find from the street, and at night the boardwalk was lit with red lights. The pools and beach were never too crowded. The unit’s amenities were comfortable and thoughtful, like extra blankets and pillows, hairdryers, and several different sizes of glasses and plates.
