Great location, super nice and helpful personnel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Lovely breakfast. Thanks to this great Inn we are considering to visit Venice again.

Located just 2 minutes’ walk from the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum, this adult-only inn features free parking and a shared outdoor swimming pool. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Everything was really good! its the second time we stay at the hotel and we would do it again. The location is great, near everything and still very quiet, the rooms are beautiful and very private, and the staff is very nice. We were greeted at the hotel by Carlos, who is super nice and helpful, and made great recommendations!

The room was perfect, better than we expected, it was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable and the ac worked perfectly. The breakfast was delicious and you could choose from a lot of options. Charming little motel with around twenty rooms 100 meters from the beach You are on the main street with all the restaurants You can do everything by walk or by bike Everything is perfect here The rooms are spacious and very clean Gary the general manager is very very nice and helpful It's very nice to spent time with him and talk to him the whole team is really fantastic !! There is a zen attitude which is very appreciable Friday and Saturday the manager offers champagne from 5.30 p.m. Drink a glass of champagne while chatting around the pool... nothing better In the morning you can enjoy the breakfast which is served in the central square... really great!! Very nice swimming pool We will be back next year for sure!!

Located in Key West, 1.5 km from Higgs Beach, The Porch on Frances Inn provides air-conditioned rooms and express check-in and check-out. Fantastic property run by the loveliest people. the room was comfortable and we were given free access to bicycles to ride around to places we wanted to see. We were also given sunscreen in our room that we could take with us for our days out. They also had beach towels to use. Coffee and snacks were provided in the morning. Great stay and would highly recommend!
