The Dog & Doublet is a newly renovated country inn located in the village of Sandon, 5 miles from Stafford. It offers individually designed bedrooms, free Wi-Fi and home-cooked food. The staff, the food, the rooms. Exactly what we booked is what we got. Drinks and Dinner were great. My boys loved the French toast and bacon for breakfast. Some new staff were being trained and they did a cracking job. Great management who made sure we were looked after as well as their trainees.

Conveniently situated next to the A449 with easy access to Wolverhampton, Stourbridge, Dudley and the surrounding area, the hotel features 23 en suite bedrooms with modern facilities and free Wi-Fi. Unbelievable value for money. Having a bar and restaurant on the location is great. The family room was unbelievably lush.

The Fazeley Inn is situated in Fazeley, 1.4 km from Drayton Manor Theme Park. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant and garden area. Each room is fitted with a flat-screen TV. I liked the central location while not being dead in the center of all of the daily hub-bub. The bus passes frequently headed to Burmingham and there’s several good restaurants nearby if you want other options beyond what the Inn serves. You can stroll along the canal for days without retracing your path, and walk to a popular amusement park within 20 minutes. I really liked the team headed by Ms. Fran. They’re top shelf in my opinion. I felt immediately comfortable.

The bed was very comfortable, and warm when we checked in, and very cozy. The pub below is very inviting and full of friendly people.
