All the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to detail. The inn was beautifully decorated for Christmas, the pub was enchanting and it all felt like a real home away from home. The plus, for us dog lovers, was encountering other guests who were staying with their beautiful dogs in the various dog-friendly rooms available. Congrats to the GM and all his team for creating such a delightful atmosphere - thank you for a wonderful stay. I look forward to visiting again soon.

The Falkland Arms is a 16th century pub located in the centre of Great Tew in rural Oxfordshire. The bar contains period features including log fire, flag stone floor and wooden beams. The coolest place I have ever stayed. So authentic. Food downstairs was great. Better than the photos even described.

Fabulous place, great location, very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Lovely rooms and excellent food. Spacious, beautiful bar area with a great atmosphere. We were made very welcome and we will definitely return.
