Situated on the outskirts of the village of Shefford Woodlands, The Pheasant Inn boasts a traditional restaurant and a cosy bar with an open fire. Very nice (clean) rooms. The pub and the food in the restaurant was really good.

Fabulous place, great location, very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Lovely rooms and excellent food. Spacious, beautiful bar area with a great atmosphere. We were made very welcome and we will definitely return.

The Windsor Trooper is an 18th century public house and inn, with 9 cosy rooms to welcome you. The Pub is only a 20 minute drive from Heathrow. Perfect place to unwind after a long haul flight from Australia. The Host was very welcoming. The rooms were delightful, extremely clean and comfortable. Parking is not a problem. We had some delicious beers in the beer garden, while enjoying pizza suppled by the van in the alley and the next morning the pizza van had been replaced with an authentic Italian coffee van with amazing homemade pastries. Highly recommend a stay here.

Situated 10 miles from Royal Windsor Racecourse, The Bird In Hand is a 14th-century four-star inn, 4 miles from Maidenhead. Very lovely! Will come back there again :-)

Stumbled on the place on a big drive back to Heathrow. Best fish and chips of the whole trip! Excellent gastropub !! The room was excellent as well. Thanks!

Located in Reading and with LaplandUK reachable within 28 km, The New Inn provides a restaurant, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a bar. The owner and staff were very friendly. Our room had a huge king bed, large bathroom and tv with lots of good channels. The location was great because we were meeting other family members at another home near by. You need a car to get around this area.
