Set in Oban, 26 km from Dunstaffnage Castle, The Kilchrenan Inn offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. We had a lovely stay, food was great and the staff great! They were specially accommodating to us as we arrived very late, after the kitchen was closing, but they got some food ready for us before hand so we could have dinner there.

Located just 5 miles from Oban, right on the lake shores and on Loch Etive, Lochnell Arms Hotel features a restaurant overlooking the famous Falls of Lora. The room was big and with a big Window on the Lake, amazing view. The Staff was really Kind and supportive. The breakfast (included) was rich and delicious.

Changes required to property description as follows: On the banks of Loch Lomond, this Traditional Inn offers classic style rooms within the main building. At dinner there was live music which we really appreciated.

Situated in Dunoon, 13 km from Benmore Botanic Garden, The Coylet Inn by Loch Eck features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a private beach area. Beautiful historical accommodation with modern upgrades to the room. The staff were welcoming and the food was excellent at dinner and breakfast. The views are spectacular

Situated on the shores of the Kyles of Bute, Kames Hotel boasts original Edwardian features, home-cooked food and an extensive range of malt whiskies and local ales. Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The breakfast menu offered a wide selection of options and was cooked to perfection with wonderful ingredients. The hotel has a list of their food suppliers on display and this food provenance is reflected in the wonderful freshly cooked dinners we enjoyed. The main courses were all large portions and very satisfying. The bar had an excellent selection of scottish gins all well worth trying. The room was very comfortable and well appointed and very clean with plenty of tea and coffee supplies. The hosts Irene and Scott are very friendly and made us very welcome.
