Located in Sonogno, 30 km from Piazza Grande Locarno, Ristorante Alpino provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The location in Sonogno was great, it was clean and the staff was very nice. This is more like a pension in the mountains with the toilet and shower in the hall. This is stated in the description so I was not surprised. I do feel it is overpriced for the accommodations. The breakfast was bread, butter and jam…that’s it. However I did enjoy the cappuccino’s.

Albergo Ristorante Della Posta sijaitsee Morcoten kylän keskustassa Luganojärven rannalla. Majoituspaikassa on järvenrantaravintola ja yksityinen pääsy järvellä. Saatavissa on ilmainen Wi-Fi. The property is literally at the bus stop and water ferry yet we heard no noise from the street. The restaurant is highly rated so we tried it the first night and returned the second as well. They provided stand fans in the room which was greatly appreciated. The view from the room and hotel are wonderful.
