We arrived on a super hot day and were immediately offered cold beverages. Considering that it is a budget friendly property it is well appointed. Very clean room and a bathroom with plenty of good towels. Cheerful decor and comfortable beds. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and tv set. Coffee, tea and condiments as well as multiple bottles of water were complimentary. Upon request we were provided extra pillows. I will definitely consider Historic Inn for my next stay in St. Augustine!

We just made ourselves comfortable in the lounge area. We played our dice game (being careful not to disturb other guests LOL) and drank cocktails that were very good. We then ordered different appetizers for "dinner". Turned out to be a lovely night after all. Our room was clean, comfy and perfect. Breakfast was sufficient, though have actually had better at other Hiltons.

And the little touch of extras the staff and inn provided made it a top notch place to stay, we use this as an overnight stop to make a 15 hour drive so we had to leave earlier than when breakfast was ready, but they threw us some nice muffins that were ready for our ride! Would absolutely stay here for our next trip to Saint Augustine.

Great value, quaint historic inn, excellent complimentary breakfast with table service, parking, and comfortable clean rooms.
