The Innkeeper and Owner are super friendly and made our stay very pleasant.
Breakfast was amazing and dinning in was also great (dinning not included, need to reserve).
Our room was facing towards the open landscape which must be amazing during fall foliage, which we missed about 2 weeks.
Everything was cozy and comfy.

All hosting and waiting staff were very polite and attentive and made us feel very well looked after. We enjoyed dinner so much on our first night that all the family voted to have dinner there again for the second night! The complimentary breakfast was delicious too and catered well for 2 vegetarians and a nut allergy. The Adair is a very special place to stay and we recommend in every aspect.

Amazing views of the mountains off of the back patio. So much history in the building too. The food was fantastic, both breakfast and dinner, and great drinks from the bar. Staff was super attentive and helpful, very accommodating. The room was comfortable and very clean. I wish I had an extra night or two to stay. 100% will be back.

Very quaint inside with a little courtyard in the back for relaxing. The food is absolutely amazing here so enjoy the breakfast and definitely make a plan to eat there for dinner at least once during your stay. It is just down the street from the village of Bethlehem and very convenient to 93 for traveling to the notch or to Littleton. The innkeeper is very nice and the staff is quite pleasant.
