Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
comfort, clean and central of the village. The bus from Chiang Mai pass through a shopping mall before to the Chiang Dao bus station, Saming Guest House beside the shopping mall.
An amazing escape in Chiang Dao. Comfortable rooms with en suites and AC while also being the in the middle of nature!
Thong is an amazing host and provided the best breakfast - avocado, eggs, toast, coffee and fruit bowls. Dinner was optional and was just as good.
Thank you Thong. Would recommend to anyone wanting to unplug from big cities while also having the comforts of AC, WiFi etc.
Lovely place to stay when visiting the area. Out of the way but says that in the details and you have to bring supplies with you. I had a car but the owner took the other lady staying to get dinner supplies. No milk for coffee but a small thing. No fridge in the room but I put my things in the large fridge in the communal area. It was smoggy when I was there but I am sure on a clear days the views of the mountains would have been breathtaking. The man who runs it was so lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was really tasty.
great view from the balcony! worth it all. the place is nice, rooms are big, it`s a little outdated maybe as an old house but defantily worth the money and i will stay there again for sure!
the guest house owenr`s are very sweet and doing what ever they can to help:)
Idyllic peaceful setting and a wonderfully comfortable, spacious and well equipped bungalow. On seeing this we immediately extended our planned visit by an extra 3 days. With delicious, varied and filling breakfasts and dinners (with beer) included in the price Wes Village allowed us to relax completely. The staff led by Soi were ever friendly, helpful and efficient. Scooter hire also available to explore Chiang Dao.
This was the most peaceful place with the friendliest Hosts we have ever been to. Amazing views, in the middle of rice fields, with flowers surrounding us and Mountain views. There is a Koi Fish pond at the small Coffee Shop. The Mookata Dinner was delicious as was the Breakfast. The night was quite and we had the most relaxing time. We highly recommend this place and hope we have a chance to come back one day.
