The location is IDEAL for Truro Centre, literally just a 1 minute stroll to the heart of shopping and right on Lemon Quay. The availability of secure free parking is also a major bonus. The staff were helpful, and the older ladies serving at Breakfast were so very cheery & welcoming. Room was comfortable enough, with aircon available on the 3rd floor (only).
