The breakfast was particularly good- we loved the options and execution. Nice job. We also had time for some nice chat with the very kind owners. The room has lovely exposed beams as well and the downstairs pub area was homey and comfortable. This was the perfect place to save a little money outside Cirencester on the way to Oxford. Highly recommemned for a one night stay for sure.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
The location is good being not far from the motorway yet quiet. Also near Avebury and the Ridgeway. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. The room was large , spotless and the beds comfortable with good linen and towels.
Extremely helpful, lovely staff, a comfortable room. The breakfast was great and the parking is convenient right at the back of the property. I didn’t have dinner the night of my stay but it is available if wanted
Breakfast and dinner quality was good. Having broad access to the pool with children was great.
We loved the bar with the kids area and screen.
Great value for money, would stay again for the purposes of travelling north to south. Just a few details could do with some attention to bring it up to a solid 4 star.
Nice place. Easy to access if you have a car. Not too bad even with a bus. They serve dinner in a very reasonable price and good beers. The room was nice spacious and sunny. The price was very reasonable as well
It's a very welcoming guest house, the owner siobhan is very warm, laid back with a good sense of humour, Simon who runs the house along side her has fantastic hospitality and also very accomadating. Amenities and property is very clean and at very high standard for a guesthouse as well as having plenty of beautiful objects to look at from there travels as decor, even my 7year old daughter felt very safe, welcomed and very entertained. Will use it again and again.
This apartment was very large , comfortable and clean.. However , the code entrance situation was difficult for a couple of pensioners . There was a smashed window in entrance . Looked a bit rough. Very convenient and close.to amenities . But so noisey
Very comfortable guest house en route to the Great Stones Way. Beautiful salad as a starter. Lady that served us when we arrived and at dinner was so incredibly helpful.
