The happy attentive staff offer tea and coffee fill ups. I visit Hayling Island fishing 5 times a year for last 8 and have stayed most places including the hotels. This is my second visit. It's hard to beat, although it's 15 minutes away. If you are thinking premier inns in the area don't.

The staff were extremely friendly and the lounge was a great place to drink with people before dinner. Beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms large. Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. Not to be faulted and worth a stay outside of Goodwood weekends.

The room was modern, tastefully decorated and exceptionally, exceptionally clean. It was one of the most peaceful nights I have had at any hotel or guest house. There was a plentiful supply of complimentary bottled water and a modern coffee maker as well as a mini-bar in the room. It was luxurious.
