Convenient for wedding nearby. Lovely cosy pub downstairs, good value, excellent breakfast, friendly & helpful staff. There was some noise as expected from the pub but all quiet by 11.30 - wasn't a problem for us.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, have been there twice now and each time was just as good. The food is excellent and very tasty. The location is a bit far out but so worth it when you arrive. Our room had a big jacuzzi at bottom of bed, was fabulous getting in and soaking the day away

I stayed in a very comfortable, large bedroom across the car park from the pub and restaurant. The room was spotlessly clean and it was great to have an iron and ironing board available as I was travelling for work. I had a really delicious greek salad with grilled chicken for dinner - very fresh ingredients - served by friendly and attentive staff. I will be booking again. Thoroughly recommended.

Nice room and breakfast. Dinner being a Sunday was restricted to 6:00pm but that worked well for our stay eating at 5:30pm. Would stay again.

Great breakfasts, dinners and comfortable room -no complaints here. I stay away a lot for work and try and find small hotels/pubs with room (rather than chains) mainly for the personal touch and for the atmosphere. Happily sat in the bar area after dinner, reading my book and enjoying a local beer!

Breakfast was great. Dinner on our arrival evening was lovely. We took our granddaughter for a birthday treat to see strictly come dancing in Manchester and stayed here instead of the city. So glad we did. The staff were lovely to her.
