Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
We chose a Queen room with a view of the Harbour. The room was clean and comfortable. A bit of noise from the Pub downstairs, but that cut off at 11 pm, so we had a nice sleep. I happened to wake early and caught the sunrise through our window. Georgie's restaurant was lovely also. I'd say a bit pricey for many people, but definitely good food. We had both dinner and breakfast there. Didn't feel the need to wander around looking for food. We'll be back someday.
The host gave very specific instructions on accessing the property and personally checked that I was satisfied. Very nice kitchen with ample cooking utensils, cookware and plates. kitchen table, armchairs and sofa very comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer, but MY schedule didn't work out. Lovely area. Very friendly, helpful locals. Nice evening at the local dinner theatre.
Staff were the best. Jackie the owner was so kind. We were on motorcycles and it rained all day. They let me in early due to our circumstances. She gave us a lift to the dinner theatre and picked us up. It was too wet to ride. Room was very comfortable and clean and a great price.
The location was ideal, once we settled in we toured around, found a great place for dinner, beds were comfortable, just a great place to stay. We were unable to book for more than 1 night, but would recommend the cottage.
What a location and view of a beautiful town of Twillingate. The room was large and comfortable with everything we needed. It was great to have a restaurant for breakfast and dinner, a pub, and a coffee shop on the premises. Staff was very accommodating.
The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They directed us to a dinner theatre we enjoyed very much. They asked us when we would like breakfast and served us local fruits. We got a really great introduction to the area. Charming people
