Great customer service all around. The apartment was very clean and comfortable which is our priority for our family. The added bonus was that our apartment was also spacious (2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen) with modern amenities. Beautiful view from our terrace! Highly recommended and would come and stay here again.

We also had dinner in the restaurant which was quick and tasty for a very reasonable price. The room is clean, more than big enough and has a great balcony that's more than roomy enough for up to 4 people. The accommodations are very close to a ruin of a castle which is definitely worth a visit.

We had dinner in the dining room both nights and really enjoyed the food and drink. The buffet breakfast was very good! Our rooms were large and comfortable. The dining room terrace was lovely. The owners gave us good information and directions for our activities and their staff were friendly and professional.

This hotel is really in the middle of the nature and for that reason it's a nice escape. Some skiing resorts approx 40 minutes away.
