This studio offers guests uninterrupted & uncapped wifi as well as continuous electricity supply during loadshedding. This studio is only a stone's throw away from George Golf Course as well as Kingswood- & Fancourt Golf Estates, as well as beautiful forest trails within walking distance from the studio. Guests can enjoy a smart tv with numerous international channels on StarShare (Premium IPTV with over 9500 worldwide live tv channels and 80,000 movies/series) which includes DStv & Netflix. The space This lovely open-plan self-catering unit is perfect for the single traveler, golfer or family of up to three people. The studio is quite spacious and make for easy living. The bedroom has two single beds which can be converted to king size on request and the en-suite bathroom offers a shower (no bath). The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, airfryer, kettle, toaster & washing machine and of course all basic cutlery and crockery. The work space has a desk with chair and desk lamp and of course uncapped WiFi throughout the unit. It has its own private entrance, outside braai area

Very quiet, tranquil and safe environment. Nearby CBD, Hospital, Golf course, Gym ,Supermarket, forest hiking trails only 2km away from the property.
