Situated in the peaceful neighbourhood of Sunningdale and a five minute drive to the beaches of Bloubergstrand. A twenty minute drive will take you to central Cape Town and the V&A Waterfront. The property is close to various shopping malls, restaurants and a private hospital. Relax in the garden and covered patio with a build in braai. The open plan living area and bedrooms are air-conditioned. Secure double garage with motorised doors. We are pet friendly by arrangement.
