Host Info

Large water front home w/ views of Martha's Vineyard. This home features 7 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, cooks kitchen, 5,000 sq ft of living space, large private yard & 150 ft dock which accommodates up to a 40 ft boat. Includes access to neighborhood club house w/ pool, tennis courts(you need your own rackets) & bar/Restaurant. There is also a private neighborhood beach about a mile from the house.

Guests have access to the neighborhood clubhouse which has a pool, tennis courts, restaurant and bar. Currently they do not rent rackets so you'll need to bring your own. The clubhouse is just a few doors down from the home so it's walking distance. There is also a neighborhood beach area as well.
