We are based on Maui and have a 24/7 support staff for any issues or questions that may arise. We also include all natural, Hawaiian made toiletries, we clean each condo with Green cleaning supplies and we provide all linens that are 540 thread count or greater. We are available to assist guests by providing recommendations on restaurants and activities. We are Maui locals and are happy to share where the locals go. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between the Famous Ka’anapali and Kapalua areas. Aside from the beautiful lush green landscaping Paki Maui also offers all the amenities you need to enjoy your Maui vacation. Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool and hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas and fitness center. Additional Description: Paki Maui is just a short drive to Lahaina town and Front Street, dining and entertainment at Whaler’s Village in Ka’anapali and championship golf courses in Kapalua. Paki Maui 316 is a one bedroom one-bathroom spacious unit that comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Walk into the naturally bright lighted living room which offers a Queen size sleeper sofa for two. Enjoy your meals at the inside dining table for two or eat out in your private lanai overlooking the beautiful landscaped gardens. This unit offers a fully equipped kitchen so all you need is to bring your groceries upon arrival. The bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed with beautiful Hawaiian theme decor throughout. The ensuite bathroom features a shower/tub combination perfect to enjoy after a long Maui adventure. This unit does not have air conditioning. This unit stays cool with ceiling fans throughout. There is a coin operated laundry facility in the building. This unit does have elevator access. My Perfect Stays will provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler as well as a complementary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap as well as a starter kit of essentials. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.
