The house is located on the northern part of the Newport Beach peninsula (right by the intersection of orange and PCH). The unique location is home to two (2) of Newport Beach's most famous surf spots (56th st. and the river mouth), several classic restaurants and beach stores, kayaking in the back bay, and offers a more quite and relaxed version of Newport Beach living, while still being within close proximity to all of the action of the southern part of the peninsula. The unique location allows one to get a great night's sleep, find parking with ease, enjoy the beach, walk or ride a bike to all of the Newport Beach night life, and is within close proximity to both the 405 and 55 freeways for those who work or travel outside of Newport Beach.
