The guest side of my home has been converted to an apartment that is about 650 square feet. It has a full bedroom and bathroom, small living room with kitchenette, and a beautiful new deck...everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience. Recent additions include an electric grill on the deck and a fire pit. Want to bring your four-legged friend? Great! This is a pet-friendly property. A fee will be applied per pet as a service charge. Please read the description for specific fee amounts or contact me directly. Maximum of two (2) pets per reservation. From a recent guest: [quote] Terrific location...the place itself is much more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Views are outstanding. Relatively close to Broadway and downtown (about 30 mins). Gives your that getaway feeling while you have the opportunity to enjoy serenity. Set us up with a fire pit which has propane ignition. Only need to bring wood and fire-starting log, marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers and you are ready to go. Place was immaculately clean. Had everything you need. The neighborhood is mostly quiet with some on-going residential construction nearby. The suite is the perfect distance to experience the fun and excitement of downtown, then escape to the quiet countryside. And if you love the outdoors, you will especially love it here with the Cumberland River Bicentennial Trail about a mile away, along with Sycamore Recreation Area and Cheatham Lake and Dam within minutes. There are also numerous wedding venues close by for your convenience.
