This home is located on the warm, sunny shores of Devils Lake, in a spot frequented by nesting bald eagles, beavers, and a variety of shore birds. You can bring your own boat to launch at Sand Point Park (three-quarters of a mile west) or rent a craft at Blue Heron Landing across the lake (three miles west). Access to the beach and the Pacific Ocean is available at Road's End State Recreation Site four miles west. In the same area, you'll find restaurants, grocery stores, and even a full gaming casino.
