There are great fishing platforms under the drawbridge and the sunset each evening is truly a sight to see! This home is one of two separate cottages on the property. This listing is for the smaller house, which has recently been upgraded to include its own washer/dryer. Inside, find old-time charm, comfortable furnishings, and a kitchenette with a two-burner cooktop, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The yard is fenced for your dogs, and there's parking right in front of the bungalow (trailers and boats are welcome too!). Crescent Beach is only 11 miles south of downtown St. Augustine and 45 miles north of Daytona Beach. It offers miles and miles of white sand beach for you to walk or ride your bike on, and the surf fishing is fantastic. Walk with a cup of coffee in the morning and see the sunrise, or head out with a flashlight at night to spot the ghost crabs scrambling on the sand. You'll also be close enough to walk to local restaurants and even a fun Irish pub.
