We continue our holiday home rental activities in the comfort of a hotel, which we started in August 2021 with the name "Miniq Homes", with a total of three historical stone houses in the Foça district of Izmir. In this process, we hosted more than 100 guests in our Miniq Homes. In these houses where we carry out accommodation activities, we aim to allow our guests to spend their holiday experience as comfortable as possible. We look forward to carrying "Miniq Homes" to various cities in Turkey and the world in the near future.

The MINIQ 101 is a cozy and elegantly designed vacation rental that offers the perfect blend of traditional and modern styles. There are also plenty of pots, pans, and utensils, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Additionally, there is a washing machine in the house and the detergents are provided, also there is a Dyson vacuum cleaner and a mop in the house for easy and fast cleaning when needed. Both of the bedrooms are equipped with ultra-comfortable beds and goose down pillows and duvets for a restful and rejuvenating sleep. The master bedroom also has a balcony with sea view. The bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort. The second bedroom is also equipped with comfortable double bed and an air-conditioner. Beach chairs and a beach table are provided for guests to use and enjoy the sea side, and a bike and its helmet is also available for the guests to use. The house's location is unbeatable, as it is just steps away from the sea. The town's center, where you'll find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops, is also just a short walk away. Additionally, there is a supermarket just 2 minutes away by foot. The house is ideal for couples, families, or friends looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation in a charming seaside town.
