Let me introduce myself: My name is Philip Marcus and I'm originally from Denmark. I lived in Thailand for the last five years before I built my own business, The Beach Residence. I used to be a bodyguard for the queen of Denmark in my earlier years living in Copenhagen. It was a great experience, but after many years, I decided to embark on a new adventure in Thailand. As the host of The Beach Residence, I'm committed to providing my guests with the best possible experience. I know what it takes to anticipate my guests' needs and ensure their comfort and enjoyment. Whether you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation or an action-packed adventure, I'm here to make sure that your stay at The Beach Residence is unforgettable. Our property offers four units that are available for both short-term and long-term rental, each featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and breathtaking sea views. Plus, our private path directly to the beach, it's just a quick and easy 5-minute walk to enjoy the beach. There are 4 units: 2x 3 bedroom villa 1x 2 bedroom apartment unit 1x 1 bedroom apartment Please note they all units has supreme sea view.       - To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we kindly request that you inform us of your expected arrival time in advance.

      - We can offer a convenient transportation service through a trusted taxi company, providing you with the option of airport pickup at a lower cost compared to standard airport taxis. Upon arrival, a designated driver will be waiting for you at the (meeting point) holding a sign with your name for easy identification. By opting for our service, you"ll not only save time by bypassing the airport taxi queue but also enjoy cost savings. If you would like this service please you flight information and we will ask the taxi company how much it will be and let you know.

      - If you need to rent bike or car we also use a good rental company who delivers the bikes and cars straight to the residence, so that makes it very easy and convenient for the guest upon arrival.

      Additionally, please be advised that our room rates do not include an electrical usage fee which is completely standard in Thailand when renting apartments. This fee is calculated at 8 THB per unit meter and will be charged accordingly.
