Chalupa U Babky offers accommodation in centre of Oravská Lesná, up the hill just above the city hall, 600 meters from supermarket Jednota. Our cottage is located at the border of the woods, just 6.8 kms from sky resort Orava Snow, 11.8 km from Orava Logging Railway in Tanečník together with Funny Park, 25.8 kms from Jánošíkove Diery in Terchová, 36.7 kms from Orava Castle and many other interesting hiking and touristic points. The property is family house with 3 separate apartments. The owner lives on ground floor. We offer for rental the 2nd floor apartment with free WiFi and free private parking. There is garden and possibility of barbecue at your disposal as well. The 2nd floor apartment is equipped with 3 rooms, 1 living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and separate toilets. There is common entrance with the owner. Open stairs lead directly to the spacious living room. Washing machine is at your disposal upon prior agreement with the owner. There is table football (babyfoot) at your disposal as well, many games as for adults as for kids, TV with access to Skylink, Netflix and YouTube. In case of frost and snow, 4x4 or chains are required. Otherwise, there is public parking down the hill available, just 200 meters from the cottage.

Chalupa U babky is our family heritage we worked on for the last years with the closest family: mum (called 'babka'), three siblings, our partners together with help of kids, good neighbours and friends. We prepared everything with joy and love and now we want to share this space with our customers. It's difficult to compete with the magic of the Orava's nature, however, we tried to bring some magic to the indoors and create amazing atmosphere for your comfort. We are looking forward for welcoming families with kids, seniors, tourists and everyone who desires to enjoy the nature, as winter as summer sport activities or who just wants to escape the daily city rush. Maximum capacity is 11 people (max. 7 adults and 5 kids). There will be 'babka' welcoming you at your arrival. Nevertheless, you do not have to worry about your privacy. The apartments are separated. Babka will give you the keys, walk you through the apartment, provide information on some interesting touristic spots, answer all your questions you might have or provide help in any urgency.
