Um maravilhoso apartamento com dois quartos com vista mar de todas as divisões (quartos, sala, e cozinha). Está inserido num condomínio fechado com piscina e ginásio e está todo equipado para o seu conforto. Inclui dois lugares de estacionamento na garagem e tem uma varanda fantastica em L com 31m2 para usufruir de uma vista e pôr do sol deslumbrante. A wonderful two-bedroom apartment with sea views from all rooms (bedrooms, living room and kitchen). It is located in a gated community with a swimming pool and gym and is fully equipped for your comfort. It includes two parking spaces in the garage and has a fantastic L-shaped balcony measuring 31m2 to enjoy stunning views and sunsets.
