A modern 2-room apartment in one of the most beautiful housing estates in Łódź (Tobaco Park). Due to its location, it is ideal for both private trips (Atlas Arena, ZOO Orientarium) and business trips (Łódź-Kaliska Railway Station, Manufaktura). The apartment is fully equipped with: washing machine, (real) coffee maker, 55 inch Smart TV in the living room. Fast Internet. Netflix and Disney . Spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. The kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, oven, fridge with freezer, electric hob with pots and pans, a large number of plates, cups, glasses, cutlery. In addition, an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop, brush. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (140 cm wide), a two-chamber wardrobe and a bedside lamp. In the living room there is a large comfortable sofa bed (140 cm wide), Smart TV 55 inches. Table with chairs. Balcony.
