Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located studio @ 38 Park Avenue Condominium in Cebu IT Park. Featuring air-conditioned accommodation w/ free fiber Wi-Fi and shared amenities - pool, fitness center, kids' zone. It is equipped with 2 beds (a double bed with a pull-out bed), a flat-screen TV w/ Netflix, a kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, and own bathroom with a bidet. Ample towels and bed linens are provided. The building has 24-hour front desk.
I am a dedicated host based overseas but I am greatly supported by equally dedicated, hardworking and clean-freak staff who is as passionate as me in giving guests the best Airbnb experience in Cebu. I love sharing my home and I want my guests to feel welcome, safe and comfortable. My only small ask is for guests to treat it with respect. Residential property, old or new, excites me. I love that they can be different in every country and love its potential to be transformed into a real functional beauty, if it isn’t already.
Cebu IT Park (formerly known as Asiatown IT Park) is a mixed-use business park in Cebu City, Philippines, where most businesses in information technology services (most particularly call centers) are located. Business from various industries (dining, entertainment and relaxation) are operating in the area to cater for the employees and residents. Some are open 24-hours, somehow making it very safe for people to walk around the streets within the IT Park, day and night. It is a convenient and clean neighborhood. The property is accessible to both public & private transportation. Riding jeepneys, tricycles or 'habal-habal' have a certain cultural appeal to some, especially when you know where you are going. Otherwise, I would recommend taking taxis to take you from one place to another for convenience. An alternative is to arrange a taxi or a driver for the day through trustworthy source.
