At the time of check-in, Ascotia Off Queen requires a refundable security bond of NZD 250 credit card pre authorization or cash deposit to cover any incidental charges.

Cancelations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 24 hours prior to check-in time in order to avoid any administration/service charges.
