Private house with minimalistic design and Bali vibes. 7 min drive from Lakeside, 2 minutes from Devis Falls. Fenced land with Himalaya view. 3 bedrooms, 2 comfortable sleeping sofas. 2 bathrooms with rainshowers and three toilets. Airconditioning and heating in two sleeping rooms. Double glass. Insulated walls and roof. High speed internet. Inverter. Always hot water. Cosy furniture. Bbq area with garden. Parking. Foreign house owners. Some comfort for long term stays. Ideal for digital nomads or NGO workers. You will have the full house for yourself. We have a housekeeper living at the gate of the land.
Having your own car or scooter will make things easier. There are public busses that stop in front of the house but in Nepal public transportation is never comfortable. You could also use the indrive app. (Comparable with Uber) There is a new road (which is wide and without much traffic) leading you to Lakeside. By scooter it takes about 7 minutes.
