A steal of a 3 bedroom near nature and public transportation! The lucky renter is spoiled with a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, and a sunny patio. Linens and towels are provided. Garaged private parking at the basement level. Long-term special rates! Supremely convenient with Kiwi supermarket across the street; Sandvika Mall via a connecting bridge; Pizza, greek, and sushi takeaway on the ground floor. 700m from the bus and train station (15 min to Oslo Central every 10 min), and nature steps away.

A peaceful, residential development beside Thon Hotel and across the street from Kiwi Supermarket and Sandvika Storsenter (Norway's 3rd largest shopping center). On the base of the complex, there are pizza, greek, Asian, and sushi takeaways. Behind, there is a kindergarten and a large field. A pathway past Thon Hotel takes you to the fjord and new river promenade along Sandvikselva, Kadettangen for great recreational opportunities or a swim at Kalvøya. In winter, Bærummarka, Vestmarka, Krokskogen, and snow-sure cross-country skiing trails on Sollihøgda are only a short drive away. «Knutepunkt» or "Junk point" is a term Sandvika fits well. You only need a few minutes to walk to the train station. From here there are intercity and long-distance trains. A train leaves for Oslo City Center every 10 minutes and is a 15-minute ride. The bus terminal is adjacent to the train station, with bus departures covering Bærum and Oslo. The tunnel to the new E16 starts very close to your garage and you are on the E18 within minutes. Everything you need is nearby and 12 minutes to Oslo City Centre. In Sandvika, you can easily move around by bike or on foot.
