A brand new corner squarish layout apartment with communal pool (one for adults and one for kids)and shared deck and yard area. Naturally well lit and currently is the only apartment on the floor. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king size bed and the other bedroom with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, the main bathroom is exactly between the bedrooms and is also equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with electric hob and oven conbined with the living area. The dining table is comfortable with 6 dining places. The living room has a 43inch android tv and a sofa bed where the 5th guest can sleep. Both bedrooms and kitchen, living room are equipped with airconditioners. Free wifi. Security camera is available outside the apartment door for security. The apartment is on the 6th floor and the lift is served till the 5th floor. There are approximately 27 stair steps from the lift to the apartment. Self check in security key box available outside court entrance. Underground garage available at an extra cost (booking required)
I love to travel and meet like minded people and making new friends. I am very helpful and offer tips and guidlines to guest if requested. Will be available for guest when required.
Bugibba centre and beach is just 2 mins walk away round the corner. Near the apartment there are car hire, salons, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery, diving centre, bus stop,bugibba beach, shops, ferry to Blulagoon, atm, health clinic, bakery, souvenir shops and more. Furher up one can find the Malta National aquarium, Cafe del Mar, Bus terminal, Casino.
