The apartment, located in the heart of Cagliari, is the ideal place for those looking for a comfortable structure, cared for in every detail, quiet and welcoming. Completely and finely restored, the apartment, with independent entrance, consists of a large and bright living room with equipped kitchen, a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom. The presence of a sofa bed can accommodate up to four people. The apartment is located in ZTL zone (restricted parking and access for all cars). Public paid parking per 24hour operated by an external company nearby (850 m) within easy walking distance.
The structure is located in the Villanova district, one of the oldest in Cagliari: what characterizes it and makes it unique is the atmosphere, made magical by the numerous ateliers and artisans' workshops, with views that surprise the passerby while crossing the streets, from the bright colors of the numerous plants that embellish it and the aromas coming from the many typical restaurants.
