Air-conditioned and featuring 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, the accommodation includes two large living areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Among the services, an indoor swimming pool stands out, heated for exclusive use with hydromassage and swimming against the current; an equipped bar counter and a cinema room.

The "Paolo Sarpi" neighborhood redeveloped between 2010 and 2011, today is a pleasant pedestrian road to go, with a stone flooring, flower beds and green spaces. The street, located a stone's throw from the buildings and skyscrapers of the new Milan, is full of technology shops, trendy clubs and many restaurants. The Paolo Sarpi district is located a short distance from the brand new Porta Nuova area. From here you can reach the elegant streets of clubs and shopping - Corso Como and Via Garibaldi. To arrive by public transport, you can use the Porta Garibaldi railway station and from there continue on foot for about ten minutes. For those arriving from Piazza Duomo, tram lines 12 and 14 are available. The closest metro stop is the "monumental" one on the lilac line.
