Val di Codena is a restored 16thc stone farmhouse complex in the Tuscan-Emilian Appenines. Located in 60 private hectares, the property is quiet and isolated with panoramic views of Pietra di Bismantova, rolling hills and ancient forests. Perfect to relax in nature. Also ideal for active holidays with access to a gym, walking, mountain and e-biking, and climbing. An inspirational place with fresh air, no road or city noise, and modern style and conveniences in an historic setting. A private 1.5km road leads to the gated property with ample on-site parking. Car essential. Airports. Parma 1 hour. Bologna 1 hour 45 minutes. Pisa 2 hours 30 minutes. Genoa 3 hours. Milan 1 hour 45 minutes. Meet and greet by the owner – timings arranged in advance. Not suitable for wheelchair access. Val di Codena welcomes guests from 13 years of age. A starter breakfast tray with coffee, tea, milk, bread and local jams provided on arrival.
