Just a short 2-minute stroll away from the Kundalika River, renowned for its water sports and stunning scenery. The USP of this home is its proximity to the Kundalika River, which offers a plethora of adventure activities such as river rafting, kayaking, bungee jumping, and much more. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the large pool located at the back of this beautiful home. The large lawn is great for picnics, games, and hosting big parties like birthdays, reunions, or gatherings with friends. Ideal for work and leisure, this home has strong WiFi coverage throughout, including the garden, with three routers ensuring uninterrupted and fast connection in serene Kolad. As you step through the large verandah, you'll be welcomed by the charming interiors of this country house in Kolad. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with beautiful surroundings. On the first floor, you'll find three spacious bedrooms with balconies, each featuring a cozy king-sized bed and an attached bathroom for your comfort and privacy. Security Deposit INR 5000 per room & needs to be paid online before check-in. We levy an on-site cash handling charge (INR 500) and request you to pay for all meals before check-in to avoid this inconvenience. The caretaker is also present on-site to assist you at all times. Witness vegetation-covered cliffs with waterfalls along the way where you can soak in the cool waters and wash your stress away. Head out for a picnic with the family to Dolwahal Dam, a 16-minute drive from the villa, and enjoy some light snacks by the water.
