Starting in 2021, Aalia Jungle Bandarjudh is a sustainable luxury resort. Most of our food ingredients are sourced locally with the majority of it being produced within the resort premises. We grow the staple food items like wheat, rice and most vegetables within the resort premises and hire only locals to take care of the grounds and fields. We also have our own milk producing cows who are only fed natural products. In 2023, we partnered with Claridges Collection which manages marquee hotels like The Claridges, New Delhi.
