Our spacious 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms apartment is 140m2 on 2 levels in Villa Magnolia, comprising of a lounge/diner & well-equipped kitchen. The prestigious Heritage Art Nouveau villa has many original features, a large garden & covered seating areas. Just 20 mins walk to beaches, town centre & parks. The story of the house starts in 1913, built by austrohungarian officer von Ridlein, whose wife left a diary about the life in the house at the time. We still share info with her grand children.
I am well traveled, very communicative person who likes to meet new people and know new things. I work as a holistic therapist and yoga teacher and I have a bachelors degree in health education. I like the nature and all outdoor activities, I am sensitive to arts and culture. I love dogs, reading, meditation and making friends. I like to cook especially Austro-Hungarian cakes and salads. In summer period I am quite busy and sometimes I don t get to meet the persons that come to the house, but I have my family members helping out.
The neighborhood is a Historic residential area that was built for elite navy officers in 1900. That is why it has many old trees and beautiful gardens. The area was built in modern times too but the main residential and calm character of Veruda district remained. Our street is very calm and the property is surrounded by cypress trees and more so there is a microclimate not only in Veruda but especially in the garden (freshness, calmness from wind and heat). There are 2 playgrounds for little children and shops, bakery and bars are within walking distance. The house is thus in a calm and safe area, distant from crowds and noise, near the sea shore and not isolated.
