The house is located in a small village Sošići 9km away from Rovinj. The village has a dozen houses and is the right place for you if you want a quiet and carefree stay away from the city crowds.You have the entire floor of the house with a private and fenced yard and a separate entrance.You can park your car in the yard and you also have a large fireplace and a table so you can enjoy the barbecue. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and terrace of a total size of 100 square meters while the yard you have available is more than 150 square meters.
We do not have special rules and you can use our apartment as if it were your own home! In our offer we also have a boat and if you are interested in boat riding, all-day trip to the archipelago of Rovinj, or maybe for a romantic trip in the sunset as our guests you get 10% discount.
Our house is only 10 minutes drive from the center of Rovinj. Shop and restaurant are located in the neighboring village which is 3km away. The famous and attractive Lim Fjord where swimming is possible and also offers a number of other activities such as kayaking is 2.5 km away from our house. The bike path passes by the house and you can use it to go to any part of the Istrian region.
