Comfy and thematic apartments with an amazing sea view, nearby Novalja center and less than 30m from beach. With your own secured parking place and access to BBQ and sunbathed garden. Near restaurant, great for all you can need for your relaxed vacation. Even though a dynamic and challenging development of hospitality industry we're keeping our carefully developed individual approach to our guests so in our objects you may find some extra services connected to our own business as well as local community services. Please notify that some of this services may be extra on charge. Nevertheless recent global health circumstances has increased our special hygienic measurements, so we've partnered up with professional cleaning services and products. Please notice that final cleaning fee is not included in price and its payable by its market price of 50 Euro per stay.
Hello, my name is Magdalena. I'm an apartment owner and manager since 2008. About myself, I can tell that I'm an enthusiastic and kind person. In order to be a good host to my guests I take care about every detail of your vacation so it can be nice and pleasant.
My favorite thing about our neighborhood is the closeness of the sea and the beach. Our house is first row by the sea and not only that you can see its beauty because of the view but you can also smell it from the terrace of your apartment. Other thing I like the most is closeness of all supplies you'd need. Bakery and great fish restaurant are 30 m from our house. ATM, Marina and local bus station are just in front of the house. City center is only 10 to 15 minutes of walking by the sea. In center you can find grocery store, restaurants, caffe bars, night club, post office, banks, city monuments and some other activities for fun and relax.
