Meliades Villas are located in the area of Agia Marina, within 2 km from the sandy beach. Surrounded by lush olive groves, it offers spacious, fully equipped villas each with a private swimming pool. The air-conditioned villas are modernly furnished and open out to balconies and patios with access to the garden. They consist of a fully fitted kitchen with dining area, a living room with fireplace and 2 or 3 bedrooms. Other facilities include flat-screen, satellite TVs, hairdryer and washing machine. Pervolarakis’ Family has chosen for the three deluxe villas that were completed with great taste and imagination in year 2010 and are found on the top of a green hill with background the light blue of the sea and the sky, covering a surface of 10.800sq.m. The villas are placed amphitheatrically at the village Agia Marina of the prefecture of Chania and at a distance of just 2km away from the cosmopolitan sandy beach and the tourist centre of the region, while the total distance from the centre of the city of Chania hardly reaches that of 8km. More specifically, the three inspired creations are situated in the area that is best known as “NEROSPILIA”, which took it’ s name after a nearby cave that was used at the old years as place of adoration and which is easily accessible even today A harmonious coexistence of natural materials and modern element has been carefully selected for the construction of the three villas in order to obtain an aesthetic result that is perfectly combined with the natural beauty of the region and the olive groves that unfold all around, creating a unique sense of calm and peacefulness.
It’s worth to mention that the area is ideal for walking and tour around the green paths.In the area there is also a cave named Nerospilia. Nerospilia (Water Cave) of Agia Marina is located 12 km west of Chania. To reach Nerospilia must pass through the square of upper Agia Marina and after the bridge of the national road that you will pass from under, in your right hand you will see the street Nerospilia. Two kilometers there is a door and a path that leading to Nerospilia. At the entrance of Nerospilia there is the first dome and deeper there is the second dome with stalactites. Please note that access to the cave with stalactites is not easy and the area of Nerospilia (Water Cave) belongs to a local family and you need their permission to enter in the area.
