Off road parking, the apartment is completely self-contained with separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, heated dryer, iron and ironing board. Decor and furnishings are light and airy in neutral tones. French doors lead from the sleeping area to a private patio with table and chairs looking onto the garden. Guest have their own front door, with their own key kept in a keysafe. As some of our guests have said in their reviews, everything you could possibly need - and one said she'd like to live here!

Quiet cul-de-sac in a nice, friendly neighbourhood. Large Sainsbury's supermarket very nearby, as is a bus stop with regular service to the city centre. Also a train station 5 min drive/15 min walk away with regular service to the city centre, a 15 min journey. Located very close to lovely countryside with a large peaceful park a 2 min stroll. Popular wedding and conference venues, New House and Manor Parc country hotels are also very close. A lovely pub serving delicious food, the Old Cottage, is near to the train station. We've lived here for 25 years, raising our two great children, and we love it!
