The path leads through the park (home to Burton Art Gallery and Museum and the Café du Parc) and on to the pretty port town of Bideford, with its pastel-coloured houses alongside a tree-lined quay. The park and its play areas are great for the young (and young at heart) with numerous playing fields, & a dedicated area for dogs, a small pool plus a skateboard park next to Bideford Town Football Club nearby.
