A high standard room with an "emma" mattress on a king sized bed with "Premier inn" quality Pillows. Large ensute wet room with Egyptian towels. 55 inch smart TV with led lights. The room also has a mini fridge / kettle / microwave for guest to use. There is no actual kitchen so please bare thjs in mind when booking for a few days. No kitchen sink. Complentary tea / coffee / water bottles. Parking directly outside the outhouse. Located 5 mins walk from train station / Town centre and local St Woolos hospital. This spot is ideal for anyone wanting some privacy and still being able to get to local sites easily. The room is insulated well so it can get pretty warm, especially in hot summer days.
Father of twins. Work locally so available if needed. Middle aged man just trying to build something for his children.
Very quite 1 way street. Off the street parking directly outside the outhouse. The neighbourhood is quite and peaceful. The property is near the town centre which has a unique indoor market full of small businesses. The town has your usual shops / restaurants/ bars. There are local coffee shops and a tesco metro under 1 mile away.
