Property info

A lovely 3 bed semi detached house, fully equipped for self-catering. The property is ideal for work contractors/business travel or families. The property has three bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom is downstairs. Bedroom 1 has a king size, Bedroom 2, has a double bed and bedroom 3 is a little tight in space therefore has a small double bed. We can comfortably host 3 people but can host upto 6, if it is appropriate for the guests to share a bed. Parking one space is available to park on the drive way, if you open the gate or street parking is available.

Neighborhood info

The area is generally quiet. There is a local premier corner shop down the road from the house. Within 3-5mins drive you will find amenities like Sainsburys, KFC, macdonalds, B&Q etc. Derby city center, Royal Derby Hospital or Florence nightingale hospital are all within 10 minutes drive.
