Boasting a substantial private balcony this apartment has the perfect place to sit and enjoy the breath taking views and a sandy beach on your doorstep. The accommodation briefly comprises: Entrance hallway with a large double storage cupboard and laundry room, a spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living room which leads out to the spectacular balcony, master bedroom en-suite with a gorgeous view and also benefiting from access to the balcony, family bathroom and two further double bedrooms. There is free Wifi, air conditioning and an allocated parking space with an EV charger This property has the advantage of a lift and comes fully furnished complete with all bed linen and towels - ready for you to arrive with your clothes and enjoy!
