This is not an usual place for a sleepover in the mystical city of York. Inspired by a certain family from a certain movie that will give you thrills once you decide to spend a night or more in this unique athmosphere surrounded by the spooky vibes of Wednesday and her Family. This is not just a place for a sleepover, this place is an experience! It is the flat of the first floor of an End of Terrace house. You'll have access from the main door of the house and the 2 bedrooms are both on the first floor. It is only you having access to that door. There is another flat on the ground floor and the 2 flats are divided by a fire door permanently locked. The guests of that flat will have access from the back garden of the house. There are 2 rooms and a bathroom for your use only. The main bedroom has a double bed and the single bedroom has a trundle bed so easily may host 2 guests in a twin bed. The decor is unique, spooky and gothic. The property offers free parking on the drive for one car and it works based on first arrived first served basis. Soon will be suitable for 2 cars. It is only 1.3 miles away from the Minster and 0.5 miles awayf rom York University. Bus no.6 just 2 minutes away that heads to the city centre which otherwise is only 15 minutes walking distance away.

I am a tourism passionate since I was 10 yo. I have 2 degrees in Tourism Economics both from the University of Bologna in Italy, I am a certified travel agent and recently I've got my diploma as a Hypnotherapist which allows me to organise Hypnotherapy Retreats in Yorkshire. I am a superhost on other platforms for many years and I own with my bsuiness partner Hocus Pocus Tiny Hotel a magical placel in the city centre of York, in the Shambles area one of the most visited streets on the Planet. My passion for tourism has driven me to crown my dreams and now I do what I know to do better: building themed accommodation that are able to give to my guests experiences not only some place to sleep for their holidays or stays away from their home!

As you are aware, this is not a hotel, it's a themed accommodation that I've created inside an end of terrace house in Leyerthorpe area of York. It's a busy area, due to it's location near to the University of York and the city centre. There are a lot of students living in the area as well. Over the road there are few shops and a take away. Only 5 minutes away, on Hull Road, there are more shops, fast food, fish and chips and and International shop. The bus station is just in front of the house and a taxi to town may cost you a maximum of six pounds.
