Frosthill Cottage has an open-plan living space with kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining space for eight and a sitting area with Smart TV, plus a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a cloakroom and a snug with woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite bathroom, a second king-size, a twin and a bunk, along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn and furniture and off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.9 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub and please note this is a smoke-free property. One well-behaved pet welcome. Highchair and travel cot available. A bustling village resting on the Isle of Wight, Carisbrooke can be found settled on the south western outskirts of Newport. Best known for Carisbrooke Castle, a point of interest which has been all of an Elizabethan artillery fortress, a king's prison and a royal summer residence, this village is a wondrous base, with a variety of amenities to cater to all tastes. The village's medieval parish church of St. Mary's is a talking point; once part of a Benedictine priory, established by French monks in around 1150, there's so much to explore here. Within the village there are two pubs; the Victorian-era pub and inn of The Waverley and the Grade II listed The Eight Bells, along with a Turkish Restaurant, Italian restaurant and a local shop.
